Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Code Canvas Co. ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect the name, email address, and message you provide. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and access times. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
- Abuse prevention. When you submit the contact form, we briefly retain a hashed (unreadable) fingerprint derived from your IP address to limit how often the form can be submitted. It cannot be used to identify you and expires shortly after.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
Third-party services
- Email delivery. Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox via Resend, an email delivery service. Your submission is processed by Resend for the sole purpose of delivering the message to us.
All other assets on this site, including fonts, are served directly from our own server — no third-party requests are made when you simply browse.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide only to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to communicate about your project. We do not sell your personal information, add you to marketing lists without consent, or share your details with third parties except as described above.
Data retention
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, after which they may be deleted. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard rotation.
Your rights
We process personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Under that law — and depending on where you live, other laws that apply to you — you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. You may also lodge a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
